    Step 1

    以中火爆香蒜茸与洋葱,加入蕃茄和猪绞肉翻炒均匀。Saute garlic and onion with medium heat, add in tomatoes and mince meat, stir well.

    Step 2

    加入蕃茄红酱和清水煮至滚,以蚝油、黄糖和海盐调味后熄火。Add in spaghetti sauce and water, season with oyster sauce, brown sugar and sea salt, off heat.

    Step 3

    根据包装说明将意大利面条煮熟,沥乾水分后加入适量橄榄油拌匀备用。Cook the spaghetti noodle follow the packaging instruction, drain and mix with some oilive oil.

    Step 4

    将适量的意大利面条放入梅森瓶,然后加入适量红黄小番茄。Place some spaghetti into mason jar, follow by cherry tomatoes.

    Step 5

    再加入意大利面条,最后淋上的蕃茄肉酱,上盖子即可。Add the rest spaghetti, finishing with the bolognese sauce, cover the lid, done.
